Located in the Los Angeles County region, Baldwin Park is part of the central San Gabriel Valley. The city's population is recorded at 75,390 at the time of the 2010 census. Baldwin Park is the home of various different kinds of wildlife, and formerly the home of the Vias Turkey Ranch, a large commercial ranch housing several kinds of birds and a few species of deer.
Known as “The Hub of The San Gabriel Valley,” Baldwin Park was incorporated in 1956 and was named after Elias J. Baldwin, also known as “Lucky”. The very first In-N-Out burger, one of California's most beloved restaurants, was established here on October 22nd, 1948.
